Kathleen Baker has been swimming for Coach Marsh since she was 14 years old. At the 2016 Summer Olympics, Baker won a gold medal by leading off the 400 Medley Relay, securing Team USA's 1,000th medal in Olympic history.
Upon returning to U.S. soil, Baker was crowned 2017 NCAA Women's Swimmer of the Year by claiming the 200 Individual Medley, 100 Backstroke, and 200 Backstroke titles.
Michael Chadwick is a World Championship Gold Medalist for Team USA. He is the most decorated swimmer in the University of Missouri's history with 22 All-American honors.
Anthony Ervin is the fastest human in water. In 2016, Ervin was crowned Olympic Champion in the 50 Freestyle, 16 years after he last won gold in the same event at the Sydney Olympics.
A 4x Olympic medalist and 2016 Olympic Team Captain, Ervin is the oldest Olympic male swimming champion in history, surpassing Michael Phelps for the title.

Ryosuke Irie is a 2x Olympian and Olympic Silver Medalist in the 200 Backstroke and Bronze Medalist in the 100 Backstroke. He is a Pan Pacific Champion in the 100 Backstroke and Asian Games Champion in the 100 and 200 Backstroke.

Kristian Gkolomeev is a two-time Olympian for Greece, and 2018 Silver Medalist at the European Championships in the 50 Freestyle, clocking a time of 21.44. Gkolomeev additionally placed 4th in the 50 Fly at Euros while notching a 47.51 split on Greece’s 4 x 100 Freestyle. In college, Gkolomeev was an NCAA Champion for The University of Alabama.
Marius Kusch is a 6x National Champion for Germany, World Championship Finalist, and 3x NCAA DII National Champion for Queens University of Charlotte.
Alyssa Marsh is a 3x USA Olympic Trials qualifier, 3x United States National Age Group Record Holder, who swims for Duke University in the NCAA.
Katie Meili is a 2016 Olympic Gold and Bronze medalist, 3x Pan American Games Medalist and 2015 USA Swimming National Champion. Prior to Team Elite, Meili swam for Columbia University in the NCAA.
Hellen is a World Championships Short Course Gold Medalist in the 400m Medley Relay, World University Games Gold Medalist in the 100m Butterfly, and Silver medalist in the 400 Medley relay, a 9-time NCAA All-American for UNC, 2017 NCAA runner up in 100 Butterfly, ACC Champion, and holds 8 UNC school records.
Tim Phillips is a World Championship Gold Medalist and 4x World University Games Medalist, including 3 Golds.
Project Rising Star is Coach David Marsh's program with The Israeli Swimming Association. Athletes include National Teamer Meiron Cheruti, National Record holder and European Championships Finalist David Gamburg, Olympian Andi Murez, 8x MAIG gold medalist Marcus Schlesinger, and 2x Olympian Yakov Toumarkin.
Matheus Santana represents Brazil internationally. Santana is a 2016 Olympian, World Championship Finalist, and Pan-American Games Gold Medalist. He is a multi-time World Junior Record Holder in the 100 Freestyle.
Kendyl Stewart is a World Championships and Pan Pacific Games Silver Medalist, 2x National Champion, and former stand-out star for The USC Trojans.
